Default New Skill Ideas:

I have a set of skills that will overall simplify Guild Wars.

Basic Skills:
Kill - 5e, 5r
Target foe dies

Live - 5e, 5r
Target ally can not die for 5 seconds

Warrior Skills:
Futility - 5e, 5r
Enchantment Spell. For ten seconds, you have an ineffective, easily removable enchantment that gives you +0 health regeneration.

Impatience (Elite) - 5e, 5r
Shout. You move 50% faster. When this shout ends all foes in compass range will attack you if you are not within range of an ally.

Elementalist Skills:
Area of Effect - 2c, 25e, 20r
Spell. Target foe and all nearby foes begin scattering like morons.

Magic Ball Thing - 10c, 100e, 60r
Spell. All foes in the area take 1000000 damage. This spell is easily interrupted, drains all your energy, and is disabled for an additional 500 seconds.

Ranger Skills:
Beastmaster's Pride - 5e, 5r
Whenever your pet dies, you become useless for an additional 60 seconds.

Irritating Shot - 5e, 5r
Bow attack. Target foe is poisoned for 1000 seconds. Whenever target foe casts a spell, that spell fails and recharges for an additional 1000 seconds.

Monk Skills:
Heal - 1c, 5e, 5r
Spell. Heal target ally for 80 health. If target ally is a warrior or an assassin, this spell fails and takes an additional 10 seconds to recharge.

Mesmer Skills:
Disable - 1/4c, 10e, 10r
Hex Spell. The next time target foe attacks or uses a skill, that foe dies instantly.

Lol, would make game horrible... like references to each class tho but you forgot

lol, thats all you could come up with for Mesemer?

Disable:
One random skill is disabled from target foe's skill bar. If that skill was a spell, target takes 150 damage.

Splinter Interrupt:
Target foe is interrupted. If that foe was interrupted, up to 2 adjacent foes are interrupted as well. If either of those are interrupted, up to 4 adjacent foes are interrupted.

More like:

123456 - 25e 20r

Shadow Step to target foe. That foe has a 50% chance of dying if within earshot of a monk. If not, that foe dies.

Name:

"Close such idiotic Postings in an instant" 5e, 1C, 1R
Spell
This spell will automatically close all iditic stupid joke threads about brainless joke ideas about new skills. Closes this Spell such a thing, the poster of the thread will die instantly by 9999999999999³ Damage, get cutted in 999999999999 pieces and will be feed to the pigs ....
When this happens, this skill will automatically reloaded.


"Ban them, when they repeat it!!" 5e, 1/4c, 1R
Shout
this shout will ban all morons in your year, if they ever attempt to repeat stupid postings about joke ideas for joke skills.

all allies, enemies, npcs and wildlife in map dies. After 10 seconds 1337 minions are created and dance in a conga line.

Dawn of the Dead. 5e 5r

Automatically kill everyone in any alliance battle currently happening and create lvl 3000000000 flesh golems, after they die automatically spam that you are better because you have more minions to EVERYONE

Nah, too easily exploitable with Echo.

Once again, poor mesmers get the shaft. 10e? They aren't made of energy, you know. And 1/4 cast, so that the skill is better used on other professions. Why not tie it in with fast casting, so it's better for mesmers.

Too easily abusable with HB. We really don't want to destroy even more of GvG meta, do we.

Shiny Was Mhenlo's Head
Signet. Heal all allies in earshot to maximum health. Affected allies lose all hexes and conditions. Those allies already at full health lose all but 1-19 health and are set on fire for 10 seconds.
